Under the big background of green architectures, this paper put forwards the green and low carbon view which combines lower-limit and ultra-limit by deconstructing the concept of green architecture from the view of architects.The so-called lower-limit refers to the basic requirements to satisfy green architecture;while the ultra-limit refers to by considering the total life cycle of architectures and to taking countermeasures to the largest extent in order to reduce impact influence of architecture on the environment.The green and low carbon view combining the two includes four aspects: 1.Green and low carbon view is the unity of knowledge and action;2.Green and low carbon view is the unity of feasibility and exploration;3.Green and low carbon view is the unity of economy and ecology;4.Green and low carbon view is the unity of macro and micro.
