This paper proposes a new group decision approach that takes into account uncertainty, to solve the problem of selection of the best Cloud Services Provider (CSP). Uncertainty is modeled and analyzed by rough sets to handle imprecise evaluations of cloud experts or decision makers. The approach is based on two multi-attribute decision methods that are combined into a hybrid method. The methods are rough Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP method and rough Simple Additive Weight - SAW method. The subjectively weights associated with the criteria are calculated based on AHP rough method. Based on rough SAW method, the solution of the CSP selection problem is obtained, taking into account the uncertainty present in the CSPs evaluations. The proposed approach is exemplified by a case study to valid its applicability. The case study is based on the opinions of a set of cloud experts.
