Several schemes in multi-view video, i.e. Multi-view Video Coding (MVC), User Dependent Multi-view Video Transmission (UDMVT), and Interactive Multi-view Video Streaming with bounded Network Delay (IMVS-ND), have been proposed for the future ubiquitous society. Multi-view video enhances the safety and security of lives by providing innovative video. However, the server of these schemes encodes overlapping frames among multiple users into different versions for different users, which increase transmission bitrate. In order to reduce the transmission bitrate, User dependent Multi-view video Streaming for Multi-user (UMSM) has been proposed. This paper proposes Extended UMSM (EUMSM) to improve the prediction structure of UMSM, which is easy to be implemented by the standard H.264/AVC encoder/decoder. We also propose three types of view-switching models, including scanning, watching, and random in order to investigate the effect of users' view-switching on traffic reduction in more detail. Evaluations using benchmark provided by MERL show that EUMSM decreases the transmission bitrate approximately by 79.3% compared to MVC and 37.1 % compared to UDMVT when ten users are watching the same video.
