摘要

We present new designs of diffractive THz lenses constructed using the Cantor and Thue-Morse aperiodic sequences. The result is a family of multifocal lenses with self-similar focalization properties. We show that under wideband THz irradiation these lenses are less wavelength dependent than conventional Fresnel zone plates. The polychromatic axial irradiance computed for several members of the family are presented.
