Exploring of the Integration Design Method of Rectal Prolapse TCM Clinical Pathway System

摘要

This paper advocates the use of expert system and evidence-based medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical pathway system. It proposes an intelligent multi-agent reconfigurable system to cope with a dynamic traditional Chinese medicine environment where support the rectal prolapse clinical pathways system application integration in the face of the clinical medical decision-making existing more uncertainty field. An integration design method of rectal prolapse TCM clinical pathway system is through the use of design rules which are based on empirical and theoretical knowledge. Based on case reasoning medical expert system for improvement and regulating rectal prolapse clinical pathway system are presented. The relationship between the design for clinical path information system and expert system and analysis of system reliability growth test platform is discussed.
