The experiment investigated the impact of each component content,curing systems and different types of additives on the strength and fluidity of reactive powder concrete.The results show that when the cement: silica fume: quartz powder: quartz sand =1: 0.2: 0.25: 1.1,water cement ratio is 0.18,RPC has good mechanical properties and performance.The optimum curing time for heat water curing (90 °C) specimen is 72 h,The compressive strength of specimens with no fibre under heat water curing (90 °C) and high temperature curing can reach more than 140 MPa.Admixture type and dosage affect both the strength and fluidity of RPC,The use of ViscoCrete 3301R water reducer produced by Xika Corporation and NX25 defoamer agent produced by Haichuanhuagong can give most satisfactory performance.
