Multi-agent Based Clinical Knowledge Representation with Its Dynamic Parse and Execution

In contemporary society, the acquirement, storage, transmission and management of information in medical are the main content of medical information technology. The clinical decision support system (CDSS) and related technology have been improved rapidly in recent years. In this paper, we use Triple assessment (a method of treatment about breast cancer) as an example. Through the definition of knowledge tag set, this article converts the basing on the evidence-based, widely accepted clinical knowledge to an XML document, and implement a Rules Execution Engine to make clinical decisions according to this XML document. Interface Generation Engine dynamically generates some detected information that doctors need to ask in this decision-making process. So we can capture the needed data in the process of diagnosis simply and quickly. The electronic health records (EHRs) are standard because of the storage of the data.
