More and more universities hope to obtain each person's information through only one system, instead of visiting educational administration system to get his course and score, visiting scientific research management system to get his research projects, and so on. This article describes the background of personnel-oriented integrated information service, discusses the key technologies in its building, and finally introduces the design and implementation of integrated information services.
