摘要

Aiming at the needs for high-speed and high-quality weaving in modern textile industry, a weft feeder electronic control system based on STM32 was designed and implemented. In order to improve the weft feeding rate and the smoothness of motor, this paper proposed a control scheme that adapting permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) by low resolution hall position sensor with field oriented control (FOC) algorithms applied to the weft feeder. Then for the purpose of enhance the reliability of detection weft yarn, a bandpass filter circuit base on digital potentiometer was designed. Finally the results of experiment indicate that the control system is capable of improve the feeder rate, motor smoothness and anti-interference ability in detecting weft yarn. This system can operate continuously for a long time in stable, meeting the requirements of high speed and high quality weaving.
