In order to research cyclists ' extent of physical fatigue and seat pressure distribution under the different seat heights of bicycle during cycling. The sEMG activity was recorded from cyclists' biceps brachii, triceps brachii, forearm muscles, deltoideus, erector spinae and trapezius at 95%, 100% and 105% seat heights. Interface seat pressure distribution was monitored using Tekscan pressure distribution measurement system. Results showed that the MVE% value of biceps, triceps and forearm muscles have no significant effect; Cyclists of the deltoideus strain are suitable for 95% or 100% seat height, cyclists of the trapezius strain are suitable for 105% seat height and the normal cyclists can choose 100% seat height. The result from Tekscan pressure distribution measurement system suggests that the seat comfort is best in 100% seat height.
