Broadband Detector Measures IR, Millimeter THz Waves

We used a commercial neon lamp to detect THz waves (0.1, 0.2, 0.37THz), IR (800nm) and UV light (200～400nm). The amplified responsivities at 0.1THz, 0.2THz, and 0.37THz are 150V/W, 57.5V/W and 19.3V/W, respectively.
