A Chem-Bio Approach for Stable Display of Synthetic Glycopolymers on Cell Surfaces

摘要

We synthesized a new kind of well-defined glycopolymers containing chloroalkane linker and the obtained glycopolymers could be incorporated onto cell surfaces of HTP-expressing cells stably. This study will benefit the investigation of roles of glycopolymers in many events of interest that occur on longer time scales and the study of influence of saccharides with specific structures on cell functions at a molecular level.
