摘要

Our results show that in both cellular and acellular forms, the collagen-ELP-Bioglass scaffolds can aid in bone regeneration, and the cellular group appeared to have higher quality and quantity of bone formation than the acellular and control groups. Taken together, our results indicate that the collagen-ELP-Bioglass scaffolds have adequate characteristics for use in bone tissue engineering.
