摘要

The current experimental outcomes of in vitro cellular uptake and in vivo tumor accumulation suggest that folate disc > folate vesicle > non-folate disc > non-folate vesicle. The comparison of targeting efficacy to cancer cell of lipid nanoparticles is based on different, well-defined nanoscale morphologies (i.e., sphere and disc).
