摘要

The arterial closure device consisting of bioadhesive and biodegradable polymer-based plug and 3D-printed delivery device was successfully developed. The results showed that the VCD effectively prevented relevant bleeding complication in a porcine femoral artery puncture model treated with dual platelet inhibition, hereby allowing endovascular studies.
