Spatiotemporal control over intestinal organoid formation in photodegradable hydrogels

We have demonstrated user-control over intestinal organoid formation using photodegradable hydrogels. Ongoing and future experiments are aimed at elucidating the mechanism by which increased proliferation and spatially restricted differentiation arise in the crypt regions. These results may help uncover the role of dynamic matrix interactions during organogenesis.
