Conclusions: In this study, we confirmed the bioink concentrations for a suitable cellular environment associated with cell viability. The printing accuracy of bioinks was also analyzed. Through integrated analysis of these results, we confirmed that there is the tradeoff relationship between cell viability and printability. For improvement of printability of the bioink with a suitable concentration for cell survival but without a great printability. We established the 3D cell printing system equipped with heating modules. This study reports the effects on building of 3D cell-laden constructs via 3D cell printing system equipped heating modules. This 3D cell printing system has merits for precisely building of collagen-based 3D cell-laden constructs due to inducing gelation of the printed bioinks, and is a safe method for the printed living cells.
