Non-spherical Artificial Antigen Presenting Cells for Tumor Immunotherapy

摘要

Particle geometry is a critical design criterion to consider in the generation of aAPCs, and may offer insights into the essential role of geometry involved in the interaction between T-cells and biological APCs. aAPCs thus may not only be an enabling tool for antigen-specific immunotherapy, but also for studying basic aspects of T-cell biology.
