摘要

A bandgap voltage reference circuit, with a high degree of temperature compensation, is designed and implemented in a 0.18μm CMOS technology. A new design method, implemented in Matlab software, is proposed.The circuit is intended for integration within a voltage regulator with an adjustable output voltage. The bandgap circuit provides a reference voltage of 1.2V, for supply voltages between 1.65V and 3.6V, over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The targeted TC is below 10 ppm/C for typical process parameters.
