摘要

This paper aims to present an algorithm for position and speed control of a DC motor. This system for control of DC motors is designed to work in a closed loop system. The reason for this system comes due to necessity to test more rigorously such DC motor, because are widely used in control applications. In order to test the DC motors and to track the response of these devices, a mathematically characterized model has been developed in Simulink together with real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop system. The benefits of this system are not just for the functionality and reliability of the devices, but also for reduction in development cost. Another benefit is in early identification of design problems and the repeatability of the tests.
