Making use of the surface orthogonal curvature information to reconstruct the flexible plate structure has significant meaning for form awareness and actively monitor of aerospace vehicle key structures. A platy structure with one side fixed is taken as the research object, and the surface is divided into orthogonal curvilinear nets. The curved surface fitting algorithm based on orthogonal curvilinear nets is put forward. Through setting moving coordinate systems on the orthogonal curvilinear nets and transformation of coordinates, the given boundary conditions, the orthogonal curvature information of nodal points and the coupling relation of the orthogonal curvature can be used to calculate the coordinates of those nodal points, and then the deformation detection and visual restructuring for the whole plate structure can be realized. The result of simulation experiment indicates that the surface fitting algorithm has accurate fitting effect for different deformation, and a good reconstruction can be obtained.
