IN MARCH 2013, the Mackay Institute of Sugar Technologists (MIST) held a successful workshopon water usage in sugar factories.This poster reports on the activities of the workshop and lessons learned by the participants.One of the recurring issues faced in the Mackay district is the proper utilisation of waterresources.
