Prediction on Economic Efficacy of Technology Business Incubator System in China

With the rapid development of technology business incubator (TBI) in China, researchers have focused on this field increasingly. The economic efficacy prediction of TBI in China is the basis issue of further macroscopic readjustment and control to it. First of all, considering the incubation cycle, this paper proposes a novel economic efficacy indicator of the technology business incubator system (TBIS) in China. Then, we propose an economic efficacy prediction model based on the grey theory to analyze the dynamic situation and future trends of the macro technology business incubator ecosystem. Finally, the economic data of Chinese TBIS was used as an example to illustrate the components of economic efficiency indexes and the establishment of the model. Results show that the forecasting accuracy of our model reaches a high precision of 98.1%, which indicates the proposed model is a stable, powerful and accurate method for economic efficacy forecasting of TBIS in China.
