In Japan, energy problem is aggravated by the nuclear power plant disaster caused by the Great EastJapan Earthquake in March 11, 2011. For this reason, electricity consumption is limited in to the time during heavypower demand (ex. Summer). To solve this problem, recently, installation of natural energy (ex. PV) and efficientsupply of energy are needed. PV output is direct current (DC).In general, PV output is converted to alternate current(AC) to interconnect the power system. However, conversion loss is increased by the AC conversion. That is, DCpower system is able to supply the PV output efficiently. The authors have experimented with DC power systemconsisting of PV panel, air conditioner and DC/DC converter. In this paper, the result of the experiment and considerdifference of system efficiency wave is discussed.
