There are a lot of discussions of the smart community projects for constructing a low-carbon society. And there is a growing demand of technology for the quantitative evaluation of urban comfort and energy management, for example, for VEMS (Vehicle Energy Management System), HEMS (Home Energy Management System) and so on. As one of these energy management systems, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) has focused its attention on traffic. However, it is difficult to evaluate the things quantitatively in advance. Therefore, MHI has developed an Environment - Conscious Urban Design Simulator "Clean Mobility Simulator (CMS)". We have developed the features of the CMS on the base platform of traffic simulator "SOUND" by i-Transport Lab. The CMS can evaluate the introduction of infrastructure related to the EV charging stations and transportation measures for the spread of the EV. This paper presents that the CMS added the electric bus infrastructures and we evaluated the evaluation of the EV's power consumption considering the road grade quantitatively with actual data of general drivers.
