This paper briefly explains technical information system which we made for "Elektrosrbija" Kraljevo, especially integration of SCADA into technical information system. Paper demonstrates how are includes programs and device of independent producer in the technical information system. Technical information system must include all tasks which exist in technical sphere of power supply company. One of mainly tasks in technical field is control and operation. In this time control and operation without SCADA is illusion.
