摘要

This paper presents a new algorithm for detection and target tracking in dynamic scene. This paper predicts the moving objects based on kalman predictor to decrease the search window and to provide a new algorithm, which achieves an accurate and rapid tracking. In propose algorithm predict the position of target using kalman predictor and then The predicted results of moving target is transformed to wavelet domain and target tracking is performed in that domain. We show in this paper that this algorithm is appropriate for realtime target tracking and noisy scenes.
