Virtual Worlds are facing several challenges to become a mature technology commonly used in their numerous potential applications such as games, training, education, health and collaborative work. The designing of virtual world remains an empirical process. This problem increases the cost and the needed time for designing virtual worlds. This paper proposes a methodology for decreasing these cost and needed time. The main interest of the proposed methodology is to provide virtual worlds with interoperability and reusability properties. The originality of this methodology is to rely on multiagent concepts and learning techniques.
