This paper describes a 3D printed differential capacitive sensor, which uses the piezoresistivity of the used electrodes to determine both the force that is applied to the sensor and the position where the force is applied. To do so, both the real and the imaginary parts of the sensor's impedance is used. We present the idea, its analysis as well as experimental results showing the feasibility of our approach.
