摘要

The research of electrodynamic characteristics of periodic nonlinear composite structures based on opal matrices and metal-carbon nanostructures with ferromagnetic inclusions is meant to produce new hardware components for XXI century radio electronics. It is understood that these nanostructures have a great potential use in advanced nanotechnologies designed for new generation of SFH and EFH radioelectronic devices. The structures have impressive capabilities to optimize device functional specifications for electric and magnetic fields. The research of the nanostructures with preset properties is the main problem for terahertz electronics. These properties provide means to nanostructure parameter management; thus, the structures can be applied to construct resonant circuits for nonlinear parametric zonal systems (NPS), which are operating within current ultraharmonics in higher instability zones of electromagnetic oscillations.
