The objective of the paper is a short review of selected time-frequency transforms which are widely used in modern signal processing for radar signal analysis and imaging. The thrust of the paper focuses mainly on implementation which are relevant to the problems of radar signal detection, extraction and recognition. Some results of using the polynomial Wigner-Ville distribution for a radar signal processing are presented.
