Key industries selection of business and trade service in Tongzhou district

摘要

In this paper, we selected the key industries of Tongzhou BTS through four different models, they are income elasticity model, productivity efficent model, BCG model, and grey relative degree model, then we synthesize the four results with weighted mean. The result shows that the priorities of Tongzhou BTS industries are: financial; rental and business service; real estate; resident service and other service; information transmission, computer services and software services; transportation, storage and postal service; accommodation and catering; culture, sports and entertainment; wholesale and retail. Finally, we give some strategy advice on the development of key industries.
