摘要

Along with the huge changes of competition environment and enterprise organization, enterprise cooperative competitive intelligence becomes possible. This paper establishes partners selection evaluation indexes, and constructs multi-attribute group decision-making model based on the interval number sorting method to select partners of cooperative competitive intelligence. It summarizes and analyzes the solution concepts of cooperative game theory, constructs the minimum strong e- core model, Nash negotiation model and Shapely value model, and applies nonlinear optimization model to combine their results and output the final investment distribution result. The example shows that the partners selection model and investment allocation models of enterprise cooperative competitive intelligence are feasible, which provide idea and methods for the actual operation of enterprise cooperative competitive intelligence.
