Information management system for Bauman Moscow State Technical University: Design and implementation

摘要

Currently, a reform of higher university education is ongoing in Russia. A transition to a three-level degree system i.e. bachelor, master, and PhD is nearly completed. This new, three-level system offers students extensive possibilities in educational specialization and degree level. At the same time, the new system keeps traditional typical for Russian educational system with single diploma engineer degree, that more strictly defines educational programme contents and the learning process.
