The generalized multilayer Stolt migration (MULSM) method, which has been recently developed, was applied to a set of targets straddling over two oblique layers. The wave front propagation vector, which takes into account the refraction between layers, was derived in detail. The routine of the generalized MULSM method was also represented in a flow diagram. The generalized MULSM method was applied to the raw data obtained from GPR simulation. The images refocused by the proposed method are shown to match actual target shapes.
