摘要

A control algorithm of diameter changing and constant weft density for tubular fabric was first presented in this paper, in which the RBF (Radial Basis Function, RBF) neural network was used to approximate the shape function of tubular fabric. And on the basis of this, the chart of how the rotation angle of diameter changing cam to change over the time was worked out, and the relationship between absolute pulling speed and time was established too, which is under the condition of keeping the weft density constant. This control algorithm not only can realize online diameter changing, but also can maintain the weft density constant. In addition, it has the characteristics of high precision, fast computing speed and simple code.
