摘要

In order to improve the working performance of the descaling technology based on magnetostrictive transducer, this paper bases on the principle of magnetostrictive transducer in the field of descaling, analyzing the importance of three major factors which are the power supply regulation, impedance matching of magnetostrictive transducers to power circuits, synchronization of the telescopic frequency of the magnetostrictive transducer with the power frequency to the the performance of the descaling technology based on magnetostrictive transducer. Based on this, the solution is respectively proposed and the improved magnetostrictive transducers drive power circuit is designed. Finally, experimental results based on the Psim simulation platform show that the improved drive power can not only flexibly adjust the output power, but also can improve the performance of the descaling technology based on magnetostrictive transducer.
机译:为了提高基于磁致伸缩换能器的除垢技术的工作性能,本文基于磁致伸缩传感器在除垢领域的原理,分析了三大因素的重要性,磁致伸缩传感器的阻抗匹配电源电路,磁致伸缩换能器的伸缩频率与功率频率的基于磁致伸缩换能器的除垢技术的性能同步。基于此,分别提出了解决方案,并且设计了改进的磁致伸缩换能器驱动电源电路。最后,基于PSIM仿真平台的实验结果表明,改进的驱动功率不仅可以灵活调节输出功率,还可以提高基于磁致伸缩传感器的除垢技术的性能。
