Micro immuno-sensors are used for rapid detection of different bacteria in medical samples. Salmonella is a bacteria that acts as a major cause of illness throughout the world. Mobile microwave biosensor system is used to determine bacteria pathogens in medical samples as well as in liquids. The biosensor device described here is a portable self-standing user friendly that can be used for detection in the field. The sensor chip is a rectangular slot coupled feed circular microstrip cavity disc antenna designed to operate at industrial scientific and medical (ISM 2.45 GHz) frequency band. The sensor design is done by using two substrates, first one is the fixed feeding mechanism substrata and second substrate is circular movable patch. The studies of the change of electrical properties of serum samples are presented to detect different concentrations of salmonella. By this system we examined the existence of salmonella as a bacterium. Each bacterium resembles unique phase pattern that helps in its identifications of the samples.
