In recent year, Cloud Computing can act as a next generation architecture for computing resource over the internet. Traditionally the business organization and enterprise uses cloud data center with firewall to store their information and uses security methods to protect data from intruders. However in cloud computing managing the log records for their huge information and log auditing has become critical task for the organization and enterprises. Finding possible problem in business process and preventing data from illegal attacks log analysis techniques can be used in real time environment. Auditing the incredible amount of data is a challenging issue in vigorously changing environment. The proposed system will overcome the entire problem mentioned above by developing new audit mechanism using LZW compression techniques. This proposed system will facilitate efficient compression and provide continuous auditing log entries. The system uses pre-defined auditing rules to predict the abnormal activities during the compression of log data. We also designed user interface which helps the auditor to define different parameter related to compression and auditing methods and it's used in the experimental part to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system. The experimental results shows that the proposed method significantly simplifies the auditing process which helps auditor can only identify the source of the problem related to anomalies.
