Evaluating the performance of enterprise knowledge collaboration management, constructing performance evaluation index of enterprise knowledge collaboration management is the core requirements of knowledge collaboration management, an important part of knowledge collaboration management, and a difficulty of knowledge collaboration management. In this paper, through relevant literature review and the understanding of the connotation of the knowledge collaboration management, the complexity and multiple attributes of enterprise collaboration knowledge management is revealed, research on knowledge management performance needs to be done at multiple levels, multiple perspectives. In order to deal with the complex attributes of enterprise knowledge and the contribution on knowledge collaboration management performance, the concept of knowledge collaboration process is introduced, and based on which the performance evaluation index of enterprise knowledge collaboration management is designed.
