Private enterprises path selection in the process of reform management

Chinese private enterprises have become major force to promote economic and social development, whose reform management and the sustained healthy development are success signs of China's economic reform and sustainable development. Under the new situation, the reform management and development of the private enterprises are not only to successfully cope with the challenges posed by changes in external environment, but also to break through enterprises' development bottlenecks. With the domestic environment becoming better for the development of private enterprises, they should set up a development patterns of corporate governance modernization, development driven internalization and management strategy of internationalization by building modern enterprise system, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, increasing scientific and technological innovation and implementing “going out” strategy.
