The application of repeated sales model to calculating house price index among small cities

Real estate industry has been increasingly important in recent years. Therefore, to explore a more effective way to calculate house price index that accurately reflects the market becomes a hot topic among scholars both domestic and aboard in recent years[1]. This paper aims at finding an effective method to calculate the house price index for small and medium-sized cities.
