Study on the Development of the Science and Technology Broker Industry

Science and technology broker industry is important to economy and society now. Study on the theory of science and technology broker industry is meaningful. And it can give some advices to foster and development the science and technology broker industry in practice especially in China. The science and technology broker industry is one of the important parts in the industry-university-research cooperation system. The condition of science and technology broker industry emergence and development include economy development, social demand, government recognition, the stress of the science and technology development and so on. The influence factors include resource and capability, demand, horizontal competition, circumstance and support industry, opportunity and government. In the end some suggestions are put forward.
