In this paper, the control optimization of the single neuron adaptive PID controller to the output current of the welding power source is studied in the pulsed MIG high-speed welding test of 304 stainless steel sheet. The simulation results show that the suppression effect of single neuron adaptive PID control on Gauss noise interference is better than that of classical PID control in suppressing Gauss noise interference. The experimental results show that the single neuron adaptive PID control pulse current has little strength in the peak and base value superposition peak pulse number. From the appearance, the high-speed weld seam has no splash, straight, uniform, beautiful and so on, and the welding quality is obviously improved.
