An Automatic Discovery Process of Stock Value Information with Software Industry Based on Blockchain

摘要

In view of the problems such as lack of integrity and real time of stock value information disclosed by listed companies, this paper takes the software industry as an example to construct an automatic discovery process. It includes three parts: value generation, value record and value evaluation. The process of value generation is described by Porter's Value Chain, and value record is realized based on the distributed network and consensus mechanism of blockchain. Then, value evaluation applies smart contracts, encryption technology and Economic Value Added (EVA) method to integrate, optimize, control and appreciate the value information. This automatic discovery process of stock value information connects the stock trading system, software enterprises, investors and supervision organizations, which will standardize the stock market and make social funds and services invested in better enterprises.
