In order to get more accurate data, it is very important to remove noise in embedded ECG acquisition system based on Bluetooth wireless communication technology. FIR digital signal filtering algorithm based FPGA-FFIR is proposed to complete ECG filtering. Firstly, Simulation is processed in MATLAB to achieve corresponding filtered waveform coefficient. Then comprehensive design and simulation are processed in Quartus-II. Finally the filter is designed to be downloaded to the FPGA chip and debug. When the algorithm is appropriate to change the filtering software programs and operation parameters of the filter, the filter characteristics can be changed. It is particularly effective for the low-frequency pulse interference and random noise.
