Running Safety Evaluation For Oil Transport Enterprises Based On Theory Of F-ANP

The oil transport enterprise has a significant effect on national energy security and economic development in current conditions. In the background of economic transition the industry is facing crisis and the development facing adjustment, strengthening oil transport enterprise security management is very important. Therefore, according to the characteristics of oil transport enterprises, we established a safety evaluation index system of the oil transport enterprises from four aspects: management, technical, social, environmental. And in accordance with the relationship between the index of the interaction, constructed the network structure of index system. Then established a security evaluation model of the oil transport enterprise based on F-ANP, at last shows the feasibility of the model through examples. The model provided a scientific and reasonable method for oil transport enterprise running safety evaluation, had better practical value and significance for the oil enterprise production safety management.
