摘要

Combined with the driving resistance setting of a heavy-duty vehicle chassis dynamometer, the transportation coach coast down test method has already been analyzed by dynamics theory, according to GB/T 27840-2011. Meanwhile, the rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient have also been obtained by the reverse solving method to the driving resistance, which is completed with the least square method. The fuel consumption ratio of the laboratory virtual condition, which is basis of the engine all working characteristics, chassis dynamometer simulation condition, which is based of C-WTVC condition, real road condition, which is based on top-grade constant speed running condition, have all been researched respectively, which also provides significant advices for overcoming existing problems of fuel consumption of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and for subsequent revising of the GB/T 27840-2011 standard.
