Preprocessing Method of Changjiang ENC Data

摘要

Changjiang waterway bureau gathers technicians to develop Changjiang ENC for providing better service to public. With the study of production standard and specification, this paper introduces the specification drawing, software improvement of data preprocessing, and the method of data transformation and import. Practice has proved that the method can increase the efficiency of data preprocess, and ensure data quality.
