摘要

In this paper a high voltage boost push-pull dc-dc converter for DC load application is proposed. An impedance between the PV panel and load is matched by using DC-DC Push-Pull converter technique. The converter uses high switching frequency of 50Khz which gives high power density, reduces size of components and this reduces the complexity of the circuit. As the power of the PV Panel that is supplied is mainly depends upon the load and the climatic changes, to extract the large amount of power from the source, MPPT technique is used. Here converter duty cycle is varied based on the MPPT, which significantly increases the efficiency of the solar photovoltaic system. The technique used in Maximum power point tracking is perturbation and observation method. In this paper Perturb and observe (P&O) method used and simulations are represented using PSIM environment.
